but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Want to Return a Product?

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your product. The product must be in its original condition,
unused, and in the original packaging.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Defective/Damaged product
• Wrong product delivered
• Some health and personal care items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is returned without the original packaging.
• The damage or defect is reported after 2 days of delivery.

To ensure a seamless process, customers are requested to record an unboxing video to claim any missing items.
Claims for missing products must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

How to Initiate a Return

team will review your return request and arrange the pickup of the product at no cost. Once the product is received
and verified, we will initiate your refund.

 Timeframe for Returns

It generally takes 1-5 business days to process returns once the product is picked up. Exact timings may vary
depending on location and product type

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Relisho Natura

In rare cases, we may need to cancel orders due to circumstances such as:

• Product is out of stock.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details.

We will notify you if your order is cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.

Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed for
shipment. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

Refund Policy

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds for valid returns are initiated within 4-5 business days of receiving the product at our facility. If you have
cancelled your order before shipping, refunds will be processed immediately.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and will reflect in your account based on your payment
provider’s timelines.
