Exchange Policy

At Relisho Natura, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

Products may be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• A wrong product was delivered.
• The request for exchange is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note, products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Any product that has been used or damaged post-delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at office@relishonatura.com or call our customer number
available on the website. When requesting an exchange, kindly provide the following details:

• Order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the defective/wrong product, including packaging if necessary

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location at no
extra cost. After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the exchange.

Non-Eligible Products

Products will not be eligible for exchange if:

• They are returned without the original packaging or in a used condition.
• The request for exchange is made after the 7-day window.
• The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Timeframe for Exchange Processing

Once we receive the returned product, the exchange process may take up to 5-7 working days, depending on product
availability and your location.
